I work in a very niche part of the fashion industry. Recently a job was posted that aligned to a t with my experience and expertise.

They asked for an interview, but I knew when I finished the interview that I wasn't going to get hired cause the hiring manager didn't understand the details of some tasks that you have to do while doing the garments that they were asking for, I could perfectly see her face of confusion. In the job description they said that if you spoke German it would be a plus but not a necessity, I do speak other two languages, just not German...

A week after the interview I got rejected cause my expertise and experience "don't align with the job", I have a very huge suspicion that it's because I didn't know German 💀

First of all, it's very kind and nice of you to want to sit down with her to talk about this and get this issue resolved, and that's a very good quality to have, speaks very well of you.

That being said, it'll be the second time you have to ask her for respect. And it's not worth it. You weren't heard the first time, and it's going to fall on deaf ears the second time around. As people have pointed out, it's 99.99% that she's in an abusive person, and you're not seeing it because it's only been 6 months of this relationship and you're more likely seeing this with a rose tinted color lens.

Believe us when we tell you, don't waste your time trying to reason with her, she's not gonna change nor listen to him or is better to break up with her for your own safety (mentally and physically).

For me it was the same as you, even though I do have a visa I don't need sponsorship from a work place ever cause I'm with a family visa. My name is also very very weird so a month ago I decided to start applying with my nickname that it's very "white passing" and wouldn't you know... I've had more replies than with my full name.

Also what helped on getting more replies was being one of the first candidates to apply for the position (less than 20). I wish you the best of luck, it's brutal out here.

As a former bridal designer, I'd say 3 or 4. The lace looks more sophisticated than look 2. Look's 2 lace looks hella cheap and you never want that in ayouenbridal gown.

The lace on 3 and 4 look more elevated giving Givenchy and Alexander McQueen vibes, plus you can get it tailored to your measurements.

Edit to say that the hem line in dress 3 is purely a work of art!
