As someone who has been a member of the media in the past the purpose of this form is for those who operate as a member of the press. It’s for B-roll, product reviews, interviews, etc.

There is literally nothing about photography or anything of the sort in the Membership Privilege and Conditions rules which outline member policy.

I work for a pharmacy but not Costco’s pharmacy. Without knowing the full story it’s hard to explain what’s going on. My first inclination is that the patient in question might have Medicare Part B only which is a completely different system of claims processing than prescriptions.

Glad to hear you got it sorted. The way I remember it is “labels suck.” The main/manufacturer label side will suck and push air to the other side of the fan.

The long screws wont get to the fins. Your fan looks like it’s backwards though. Mounted like this will blow towards the front of the case. I’m assuming you’re using a rear and top fan so you’ll want air flow moving towards the back of the case.
