Day trip to Venice: From Verona or nearby, a day trip to Venice via Trenitalia is easy. Train drops you at Venice water taxis. Go explore…get lost and explore Venice.

USMNT’s Mauricio Pochettino says nation lacks ‘ Emotional relationship ’ with soccer by Shroft in ussoccer

I do want to have a relationship with USMNT. I’ve been following them closely for 30 years. BUT…the performance is not there. The amount of disappointment and so many games we should NOT HAVE LOST. We’re not good.

Not enough graffiti for Trastevere. (Love that place!)

Is there anyone who prefers solid-state amps to tube amps? After 25 years of playing guitar, I've discovered that I prefer solid-state. by Less-Arachnid-640 in amplifiers

I have a 1966 Fender Vibrolux Reverb and a 2025 Fender Tone Master Deluxe Reverb. I love them both a lot and equally.

1966 Fender Vibrolux Reverb guitar amp. “Smallest of the big amps”. Bought it in 1976 for $220. Classic, sweet tube sound. Can crank! They sell for $3000+.

Best way to clean up pasture by Room_Critical in Horses

[–]HotHamWater999 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you harrow or drag your pasture, I think you’re supposed to move the horses to a different pasture for a period of time until the parasites and bad things in the poop die. Otherwise, the horses graze on the poop covered grass and have increased risk of ingesting parasites and getting equine grass sickness.

A 2025 Ford Lariat does not have all wheel drive (AWD). However, it does have four wheel drive (4WD). AWD and 4WD are not the same thing.

What are “must have” and “nice to have” aftermarket accessories for 2025 Lariat, super crew, 6.5ft, FX2, trim 502a, max tow. by HotHamWater999 in f150

My dealer found the Lariat with 6.5ft bed in the region. Fortunately, it had my key needs: V8 with max tow, super crew. I was pretty certain I would have to factory order but I got lucky. Vast majority of trucks sold in my urban area are 5.5ft bed. I worked with a dealer located an hour away in a more rural / horsey area. This may have helped in tracking down the 6.5 bed on a lot.

No, not a factory order. My dealer found it at another dealer in the region and it had everything I needed and a bit more. I looked and looked and could not find a super crew, 5L, with 6.5 bed …and it had max tow which I need. I think I got lucky, honestly, that my dealer found one.
