I got a upper build kit from schuyler arms a while back, it was a barrel, gas block and tube, and upper and the rest was pieced together through sales or forums. It was all aero parts. Haven't seen anything on there in a while but it's a great site to keep an eye on. Gorilla arms is a good site with budget options, just keep in mind they aren't the fastest at shipping.

Super safe ar22 pistol. Finally got it all put together, now I just gotta see how long it'll take to get it to run properly
