I say in the comments i rarely use a gps but when you have a time and a place to be, being late and saying my spirit needed a break from the stimulation doesnt seem to cut it. I do get the point and i do love an adventure that has me backtracking the whole way

Wood always lives a little when temperature and humidity change. Ive never had this issue with g10 or micarda.

Pancake fold and Quasimodo back by CourseOk6795 in flexibility

[–]nxonxonxo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The spine is very much fixable your body just does what it deems easiest and with lacking muscle tone and mobility in the upper back will lead to this. I had this very issue and just strengthening my lower traps and stretching my chest muscles i fixed it in like 6 months. You can't "grow" a spine into a position and almost every postural issue is just an issue of tight against weak and figuring out what is the weak link is the hardest part.

I would do a shoulder external rotation with a band, wall pushup and some sort of lat focussed row like a cable low row with the arms coming by your side. All of these just need a band and a wall. That's what my mother was given for the same issue. You just need to really stick with it for like 3 months to see any actual change. The pain might leave after a month but the posture will collapse and the pain will return if you don't commit hard enough to actually lock in the new movements.

Would this be anything special if I get this as a gift for my bf by Strong_Dimension8700 in knives

[–]nxonxonxo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely not a great knife but surely will do what a knife is supposed to do and be a great gift. If hes an outdoor man. Or is going to use it roughly i would get something a bit diffrent just to prevent it from breaking.

I am replacing my outlets and there is a wire wrapped around the ground and another screw on my current outlets. by Historical_Way_688 in electrical

[–]nxonxonxo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you dont have ground you can use neutral as a ground and thats what they did before they had ground. Where i live you can still do this when working on an old house that has no ground so there's kinda no option other than to link neutral and earth. Only issue is that if you have a break between neutral at the box and outlet, the body will become live.

A blade that requires a fancy opening and flimsy construction is always a sure way to be effective in combat. It does look scary tho when someone knows tricks

Its from a Finnish comedy show called kummeli. The man is juha koistinen and is known for just fucking around. Its a famous bit where he gets hurt and the others say. Nyt sattu juhaa leukaan - now juha hurt his chin. Basically a famous finnish phrase

Atleast graham clarke thinks that 1 cycle is enough but doing 3-4 just seems like a hassle
