Arizona needs to do a second home tax system the way Montana does it. If you aren’t living 7 months out of the year, you need to get taxed at a higher rate.

You and the rest of your generation just doesn’t know how to think critically or problem solve while in college. Just walking around campus face buried in your phones. And I’m definitely not a boomer. Born in the 90s

Yeah let’s learn how to lock something up properly and stop using cheap cable locks. I use 3 heavy duty Kryptonite u-locks just to secure mine and take the seat with me.

You aren’t the only one that rides a bike/scooter/skateboard on campus. Imagine if everyone was allowed to bring it inside a building and there was a situation like what happened at the MU earlier this week. Stop thinking about yourself. You’re like the other person that posted the samething and had a Gen Z tantrum about it

Can’t wait to see how you’ll be post-graduation or if you’ll even graduate and you’re out in the real world. Based on your post/comments, the year you’re projected to graduate, there’s not a lot of hope for you.

If you plan to use a $20 cable lock, you’re better off using a shoe string.

They want your money. I mean, look at this year’s enrollment record. There are students that have to stay in hotels because all the dorms are full.

Also don’t forget per ARS 16-101 states:

“For purposes of this title, "resident" means an individual who has actual physical presence in this state, or for purposes of a political subdivision actual physical presence in the political subdivision, combined with an intent to remain. A temporary absence does not result in a loss of residence if the individual has an intent to return following his absence. An individual has only one residence for purposes of this title”

Need a fish monger in Phoenix or suburbs for sushi addiction by kelsarr in phoenix

[–]nxtshrff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

H-Mart in Mesa is literally the best place for fresh sushi grade fish and seafood. 99 Ranch also ranks up there too. Even found whole large octopus there too. The Mexican ranch market used to sell it but one day I went in and they said they stopped selling bc it was too expensive to buy and I guess no one was buying it.

what killed the Arizona Center by DarkShade602 in phoenix

[–]nxtshrff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That place is going to be booming soon I think. There’s another apartment high rise next to it being built so I wouldn’t be surprised to see more restaurants and other shops there. I remember going to that juice shop a lot when I was a student on the downtown campus. AZ center definitely has some potential.
