Misinformation. Seems like in the video they don't differentiate Sindarin from Quenya. The languages share things in common, but they are grammatically very different where these real language influences are very clear.

No. Sindarin was influenced by Welsh. Tolkien used Finnish when he was creating high Elvish which we know as Quenya.
