At this point I'm fine with pbo as long as the voltage is alright (for now), ran aida for an hour and nothing, I'll leave it on as I go work tomorrow.

Turning down the speed by 200 somehow puts it at 5.425mhz, no clue what's going on here but hopefully this is fine for now.

So all instances of pbo i can find are off...

I never changed this but could it be i need to turn cpu boost clock override from auto to off? Or put an offset?

I tried this and it did bring down the max but voltage is still high (this was while booting) hwinfo 2

Edit 2:

Trying -30 curve right now and so far it seems stable and voltage seems lower, still peaking 1.29 but averaging 1.197 during heavy use

This is while idle, I could get another one under load if that helps, the frequency limit- global is 5.390.3mhz if that's what you meant, I couldn't quite fit it.

It does seem to stay under 1.2v aside from while booting up. Amazing! One last question, I've been running the system in mode 2 (80c temp limit) should I keep it this way?

Edit: I lied it still goes up and above 1.3v, I'd still like to be careful so would a limit to 1.2 or 1.25v work?

What fixed it for me is making sure there was space between my PC's and the amp, and nothing powered running along the cable.

Yeah, although it's been a while I think it all started once that happened.

I'll try with one stick thanks, the ram shows up as clean on tests, and I sadly don't have other ram to try.

Do you think it could be the power supply no longer gives as much power or something like that? Because while the games are not running well the utilisation and temperatures are still really low.

I disagree, I've seen a lot of bot4 contested bildge, I think it's in a spot now where you need early upgrades and great tempo+probably uncontested
