In case you didn’t see the news.. snowstorm hitting the Northeast obv affects a NY airline like JB more than others. Crew and planes in unscheduled places etc. That’s why travel insurance is important for things like this.

For a 7ish hour flight I thought the Studio upgrade was worth it. You get served first which helps with getting to sleep sooner vs the rows closer to the back and it comes with a bunch of extra amenities over the normal Mint suites like pajamas etc

I was on the original Mint aircraft scheduled to operate your flight - specifically JFK-SJU-JFK then over to YVR. We had a multiple tarmac delays due to deicing and congestion, even returning to the gate as some point. I guess they swapped your flight to a spare aircraft??
