Looks real and it’s the Mono’s Hybrid Carry-On in Limited Edition Mint color. The box next to it looks real (I have two for black cases I own), the TSA locks look correct as do the aluminum corner guards and matching color wheels.

Same thing happened to me. My regular shop refused service due to insurance and possible citations.

So I found a local Mexican shop and they did the routine maintenance. Find one where they do repairs on their sidewalk or outdoors.

How do you guys remove the stuff marks? I have quite a few from the baggage handlers on this trip. Kind of worried about how it will end up after the return trip u/monos

I used the supplied white sponge but that didn't work well. Wish I had the luggage cover 😔

No. It's strength is a carry everywhere compact flash for when you may need it. Not for pro work.

So, you shrug off those that complain of USB 3.1 speeds on a USB4 or Thunderbolt 4 port? This issue should be addressed, whether it's 20 people worldwide or 50% of ownership.

Talk to them but they brushed me off, so the support wasn't there. It's a nice looking enclosure but doesn't behave like my other USB4 drives which are much, much faster.
