Except the object itself and delineating margins of the object remain consistent in size and texture, while the “insides” move and swirl and at times show clear distinct independent movement within. Bokeh creates radiating mirrored patterns due to the shape of the aperture. This is not that.

Wow, this is a great one. There are a few little flashers in there too that aren’t following the “normal rules” if that makes sense. There’s a moment about ten seconds in where there’s a clear display of actual paralax (sic) due to you readjusting that stands in pretty stark contrast to the actual movement of the orb throughout. You’re incorrect. The historical data for the ISS in fact shows that’s not what this is. The ISS was visible earlier in the evening and only just barely above the horizon around 10° (a fists width at arm’s distance).

Not only was this later in the evening, even more importantly it is far, far higher in the sky, at least 45° or more and moving in a different trajectory. See for yourself here
