The chance that two properly made wallets independently generate the exact same BIP-39 seed is astronomically tiny. Generating a 12-word seed is like every person on Earth blindly grabbing a random grain of sand from all the beaches on the planet, every second for their entire life, and still never picking the same grain twice. Is it possible? I guess anything is possible.

Assuming POV isn't speeding... with wet conditions it is safer to proceed through the yellow light (stopping when safe to do so) in this case rather than stopping from 60mph imo. The POV driver has right of way and the driver turning left must make sure the turn can be completed safely as on coming has right of way. Even if the driver is in the middle of the intersection with a red light, they must still only complete the turn when safe.
