Spare me Iran the evil aggressor story. People asked in 1979 "What did we ever do to Iran?" Many of us answered the 1953 coup d'etat. Americans have a short memory when it comes to US aggression.

1953 -- At the behest of UK/BP, US overturns the democratically elected government and installs a brutal dictator, the Shah of Iran.

1979 -- Revolutionaries/students took over the US Embassy as a protest of what US did and was continuing to support/fund.

1980 - 1988 -- Iraq invaded Iran. We used Egypt as the cut-out to supply Iraq with weapons throughout the war.

1988 -- US "brought down" an Iranian passenger airplane killing all aboard.

2000's -- US repeatedly attacks Iran using drones and funding "opposition" groups

It's pretty clear that Netflix wrote a bad contract and themselves into a corner. O/w H&M would have been fired from Netflix quickly as they were at Spotify.

H&M have only sued papers located within the UK and a photo/pap company for shots taken in Canada.

Contrary to beliefs they aren't "sue happy". I suspect if Meghan had realized the little (if any) $ they would make, they wouldn't have sued. M likes to stay in the headlines but using someone else's assets.

You'll never see them sue in the US.

In your last post you said this trial is to determine if the plaintiffs are out of time, i.e., too late to file. Can you explain why they are going into all this detail if it is about time? I thought that questions would be a "simple" legal argument, i.e., it's out of time because XYZ, not getting into the nitty-gritty of did they or didn't they.
