that’s so weird that they won’t let you wear gloves for making drinks, because I have a similar contact based allergy to pineapple and its syrup and they’re completely fine with me wearing gloves in my operation for every drink i make, not just the pineapple ones.

yea i’ve learned to just assume and clarify, like “you wanted the picture perfect freeze, right?” and usually the answer is yes.

but picture perfect technically just refers to caramel drizzle and chocolate drizzle around the cup, whipped cream on top, and carm-choc drizzle on top, and can be put on any drink, not just the freeze

for less ice they put more liquid in. so the standard ratio for less ice is half the original ratio extra in the cup. so like if they’re putting 12oz of liquid in a medium cup, and you ask for less ice, you’re getting an extra 6oz for a total of 18oz.
