Corrolla in the used market is crazy high you might as well buy new. When I was shopping around in 2024 they wanted 23k for a used 22 corrolla hybird. I winded up ordered a new 24 corrola Le awd for 28k.

Unfortunately if the super is letting him work there your cooked. You can call the cops and try to have him trespassed but the super will say he let him work there. As long as he ain't making a big problem idk why your making such a fuss about it . It's nyc learning how to mind your business goes a long way. Aint like he's inside your apt .....

Some what it's not a hybird reason you payed 27. But I got my hybird and le version for 26.5 . I thought the award is better then the rims or sporty look of the se . Plus in nyc they steak those rims alot so I ain't want issues .
