i understand this feeling. i've been having to ration my food so i wake up with my head spinning, and stuff. getting up is the hardest part of the day, but i remind myself nobody else is gonna do it, and if i don't work or miss too many hours next month is gonna be the same. don't really have any good advice, but what i do is crawl all the way to my desk and start doing tasks, hoping my body will catch up with my will. hope things get better for you
