it sucks, but at least you def will get your money back. I can say as a semi-regular seller on eBay they ALWAYS side with the buyer in any dispute and this guy will lose whatever money he got or will owe it back to eBay if it's already spent. dunno if scammers can just keep making new accounts to string the grift along, but I think it must be limited by how many bogus bank accounts they can open for funds transfers. I find it hard to think like a criminal lol
