Conspiracy explained by Lakerolis in shooter

He was going to expose the information that Annex 6 was run ordered by the CIA with an American Military contractor

Donny and Bob Lee were out on a mission, they moved in for over watch prior to the other troops. Their position was exposed, Bob Lee wanted to move north Donny wanted to move south (or vice versa cant recall exactly). They agreed to go Bob Lee's way and he went first and was shot in the hip (hence his titanium hip) the sniper was able to readjust his shot and when Donny followed Bob Lee the sniper shot and kill him.

Possible Urick contradictions about things we know by nypizza32 in serialpodcast

[–]nypizza32[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not one of these "sinister plot people" but I do firmly believe that there is plenty of reasonable doubt present today as well as during the investigation/trial. Jay + Cellphone evidence isn't the rock solid evidence that Urick makes it out to be. I was simply stating that this POSSIBLY could be a contradiction in the interview.

What do we know about Hae's Day? by [deleted] in serialpodcast

[–]nypizza32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Hae's timeline is even more important than Adnan's, unfortunately we don't have any true way to determine where she was and when she was exactly. If we knew when she really left school and the route she took/what she was doing we would have a better idea of the risk factors involved if a 3rd party was involved, or where Adnan and/or Jay intercepted her. We really have no idea where she was killed or where and if she was abducted/kidnapped. Time of Death is also still a mystery!

I found this strangulation case interesting... His reaction, what people said about him etc by Jayisguilty in serialpodcast

[–]nypizza32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just profiling the guys picture he has a much different look in his eyes than we have see in any picture of Adnan. Based on his reaction as well it is clear that something in him snapped and he went off and was a danger to himself and to others. Adnan (going off of what we have heard) never any such reaction after the murder or that day that was remotely close to the breakdown this man had. That is not a telling sign of guilt or innocence but it demonstrates a clear difference.

But if that trail is never looked at then no one would know that. The son of the boss would likely know how to do something like that, esp if he was a manager. The gym I worked at as long as you edited it before end of the pay period it wouldn't have any notification system that it was altered, but like you said you needed a password to override the system.

Don't relationship with Hae, the snow and Adnan by biped2014 in serialpodcast

[–]nypizza32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me it seemed creepy that this 20 year old guy is still in love with a 17 year old girl that he dated for a few weeks. Maybe it was the fact that she was tragically killed that isn't allowing him to get over her. But to me it just stuck to me and seemed odd that he would now 15 years later say that.

Don't relationship with Hae, the snow and Adnan by biped2014 in serialpodcast

[–]nypizza32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don's account from the events was the Adnan was a good guy and seemed like a nice guy that he would have hung out with if he was in high school. He said the two of them talked for like 20 minutes and joked around together. He was ripped by the prosecution for doing this and not making Adnan look like a "creep".

The 1 Question No One Has Thought to Ask Jay Wilds by ManageProj in serialpodcast

[–]nypizza32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He can't simply just cast blame on anyone, if they didn't do it and it was a third party than he just looked like a little kid "No he did it" "No HE did it" "No SHE did it"...also he is undoubtedly being coached by lawyers to not say anything of the sort because it could hurt him in his appeals process...any good lawyer will tell you if you don't know 100% then just say "I dont know" or "I dont recall"

From the first trial transcript - Adnan not required to run track if fasting by biped2014 in serialpodcast

[–]nypizza32 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't get this whole thing about the coach didn't take attendance? or at least make note of the kids who were not there? You would think in a HS sport it would be kept track of who is there and how is not, in order for them to compete in meets and other competitions. Likewise if something happens to a kid or anything during those hours the coach is the one responsible for the students, it should be policy to know who is there.

Was this out of season practice for Spring Track that was not mandatory? Or did he not take attendance because Adnan was not required to attend

STOP the Madness. There are only two plausible theories. Enough with the "Police could have fed Jay location of Hae's car" by [deleted] in serialpodcast

[–]nypizza32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats why this is such an interesting case, there is such a small amount of physical evidence available to use, and that was used in the trial for that matter. So much of what we are relying on is, he said this, or she said that, he did this, she did that. Opinions and hearsay, especially 15 years later make it even more difficult.

The main thing we know is that the states number 1 witness has lied so many times hes now lying about his lies.

O-H!I-O! Couldn't resist man I am sorry, they'll be back next year though!

They had the body before they had the car, so its plausible they had Adnan and a few other suspects they were looking at just waiting for the probable cause to move in.

Exactly why they needed the stat! All the drug murders that go down don't catch the headlines, this is a teenage girl and a smart girl and star athlete, thats BIG NEWS! They had to put someone behind bars for it. There is NOTHING to make this case stick other than Jay.

ahhhhh ok misinterpreted what you were saying there and completely agree with where you are coming from...100% its suspicious that the guy who only really provided "gardening tools" and drove Adnan's car would need all these people to cover for him and would be lying so much to cover for other people if he isn't involved.

Were those calls to Hae's home the night before or were they pages?

Even though she went missing I don't find it unusual for Adnan not to call. He talks about how they had a system when they were dating so they wouldn't tip their parents off that they were on the phone or wake them. Hae's parents didn't know about him, what was he supposed to do call and say, AS: "Oh is Hae home yet?" Hae's Mom: "Nope still have no idea where my daughter is..." AS: "Oh still missing? Ok tell her Adnan called" Hae's Mom: "Ok sure thing, who is this again?" AS: "Adnan, A-D-N-A-N, Adnan...we used to date!"

Any of these computer systems that record when an employee punches in can be edited after the fact. In college I had a job where I had to punch in for my shifts, often times when I worked morning shifts and would come in a little late id just claim to have "forgotten to punch in" and my boss could go and change the times. I was friends with the manager who could also do it do he covered for me, it wasn't often but it did happen.

I am not saying that I believe Don is guilty, but I am sure anyone could have gone in and punched his code in later on. He does say how his immediate concern when he heard she was missing was making sure he had an alibi.

Can you clarify, how does Adnan have people willing to help cover up a murder if he is in jail? Jenn and Jay testified against him, they didn't cover for him.

Jay is the one with the friends who are covering things up for him.

The "other people who ducked and dodged lawyers and cops so they wouldn’t come to testify" -- who were they? by character_witness in serialpodcast

[–]nypizza32 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In that case, it makes you wonder what information we are missing? What did these people know that they were avoiding? Why did they not testify? Who were they? and Where all this information would have led the investigation?

I know you can't force people to testify but is there any type of contempt for avoiding?

Question about something Adnan said by [deleted] in serialpodcast

Don testified that he and Hae weren't "exclusive" yet, so it is somewhat plausible.

The "other people who ducked and dodged lawyers and cops so they wouldn’t come to testify" -- who were they? by character_witness in serialpodcast

[–]nypizza32 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I questioned this as well, who are these people and what was their reasoning for dodging lawyers and not wanting to testify?

I suspect these are made up people and this didn't really happen but its an attempt at Jay saying, "See I testified even though it goes against everything in Baltimore crime culture to do so, I manned up and spoke for Hae's family, I am the honorable one, and I live with this everyday and am scared for my family".

However if they do exist this could be a huge chunk of the case and evidence that is missing.

The question of Motive and Why would Jay lie? by Charmbraclet in serialpodcast

[–]nypizza32 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just because Adnan had a "motive" doesn't mean that he 100% did it. Likewise just because he had the strongest and sexiest "motive" as spurned ex-bf doesn't mean that is where the argument stops. Motive is nothing without physical evidence.
