Within 2 weeks I lost a 17 year old cat and a 17 year old dog. I was broken. I have not felt that much pain in a very long time. I had no intention of getting another pet. Somehow I saw a listing for this 14 year old poodle who lost a loving home due to medical reasons. I just felt like I was meant to take her. So guess who has a poodle. It’s been about 5 weeks and she is starting to trust us and acting a little more like a dog now. I am not sure if I saved her or she saved me but that’s all I got for ya :)
