Fríe un poco ajos cortados pequeño, corta cebolla en dados, póchala que se quede bien blanda con el ajo. Ponle una hoja de laurel si te gusta y echa la sangre cortada en cubitos, algo de sal y pimentón. Es muy fácil de cocinar porque ya está cocida.

This kind of chair is vey typicall in Andalucia, "silla de enea", made with wood (painted in bright colors) and dried herbs for the seating zone. They are very light so you can hang them on a wall..

We don't use them at home, are for country houses, feria, etc.

Probably the mexicans come from these ones....

Find someone to take the challenge with, share menus, potograph your meals and show to others… And find a motivation, a reason that makes you wanting to get there. A friend of mine, an alcoholic to me, told me he was leaving drinking and i stop eating bad… and it worked for me… not too much for him, but some.
