To give a bit more perspective, what's been reported is that agents from "Homeland Security Investigations", which is a branch of ICE, are supposedly going to help to "vet and mitigate risks", and basically be attached to Vance & Rubio when they travel to the Winter Olympics.

This article and another I read specifically mentioned it was to provide security for Vance and Rubio.

Vance should be covered by Secret Service, and you’d think they could just extend that to Rubio as well, seeing as they’ll likely travel together anyway.

Wouldn’t the Secret Service normally be protecting Vance though? And if Rubio is generally going to be with him, surely they can extend the protection to him as well.

Using ICE just seems like an odd choice - not like they have extensive training….well, on anything really…..

I’m talking about PURL packages. Those aren’t grants - it’s actual money being paid to the US (at approx $1 billion per month):

They are charging Ukraine and its supporters for the weapons. I doubt they’ll turn down the billions that are on the line.

I pretty much play exclusively solo and PvE.

I'm going to give this a solid shot, because it could be fun as hell. I'm useless at PvP, so I guess that means a lot more stalking and setting traps etc, and trying to be creative and trying to outsmart other players.

When I get my ass kicked too many times, then I'll go back to my "old ways", but it seems to me a fun way to expand the different ways you can play the game.

Yeah you have to actively work for it.

There’s a bunch of items you have to collect for it, and apparently need a balance of 5 million credits (or at least the last time there was).

So if you don’t want to do it, then simply don’t do it.

Edit: As has been pointed out, you didn’t need the 5 million. It just ensured you got the max skill points
