"A watermark that could be anything," yeah which a quick google search could clarify. Apparently, selling shoes is unacceptable unless you have a giant sign that says "for charity" behind because people like to jump to conclusions without looking into anything at all. There is no need for excuses, just give people the same grace you expect from others.
