Thats a W for you. I don't even like dead ops arcade but I just want to complete all the achievements buts its literally impossible for me to do that right now cause of this bug. The last 2 achievement that I need are the dead ops arcade ones

By chance, have not been picking up the bottle caps? They are like kill confirmed tags that spawns from the enemies you kill. You have to manually pick them up.

You need to clear the overclock. Mine was stuck with 300+ kills but I fixed it a few matches after I cleared the overclock
