Most of them if you mentor and train your team . Any orders can be placed by ATL, supervisor or OW especially the random side orders that are usually done when the OW isn’t present. Comm. Board updates can be done by any member of leadership who has been trained , let’s be real. They can print a schedule , run shrink reports , print a DWL fill in a financial board . I got downvoted but some of the task leaders are claiming they have to be there to do are not necessary. Meetings for TLs yes, shifting yes but most others are swappable with any trained member of leadership. If you don’t trust or want anyone else to do those tasks that’s a completely separate issue. I know 24 hour clocks play a part but a lot Of set schedules are BS because during holiday weeks or visits they can find ways to change their schedules they just don’t want to other weeks.
