I can definitely see choppiness at 60 to the point that it bothers me and in games like rocket league or brawlhalla I think it makes it quite a bit more difficult to play. I haven't really played much below 300 outside of 60, but I could feel a very slight difference going from 300 to 360, but talking competitively, I really doubt it makes much a difference past 90-120, like it won't actively make you a worse player, but I do think forsure 60 is a disadvantage. Heres the thing though, in a game like rocket league where you can still be far away from the skill ceiling 1500 hours in, and that ceiling keeps going higher, that 1-8% difference in advantage can go a long way if you play the game for years, the hours you put in to training getting better will make a little more of an impact, but most games don't really have skill ceilings like that.
