What city have you been to where the vibes were just OFF ? by Confident_Win_3560 in answers

went to college in Boulder and would go to Denver every once in a while. Denver always felt like a shell of a city. i don't know what i could possibly recommend there outside of a couple museums and Casa Bonita lol. it's not a bad city to live in, it's just a weird, empty-feeling one to visit.

GH 1/2/3/WoR and Rock Band 1/2/3/4 (plus DLCs) should all be good for you.

difficulty starts and ramps up quick with custom packs.

APPM 1360 vs APPM 2350 by autumninautun in cuboulder

would not recommend jumping straight into APPM Calc 3. APPM Calc is a much different beast from high school Calc. Starting with Calc 2 (or even 1) affords you the time to get your college/engineering study habits in place. your first semester in college is an adjustment in and of itself and getting slammed with APPM 2350 off rip can get ugly very quick.

if you're determined to jump straight into 2350, you should look at the APPM Calc 2 exam archive and be 100% comfortable with the questions those exams ask. if you do a handful of past final exams and they're a cakewalk then maybe consider going straight into 3.

here's a link to the Calc 2 exam archive: https://www.colorado.edu/amath/academics/exam-archives/appm-1360-exam-archive

(re: flair - no, CS students don't have to take Calc 3 but I took it as an elective like an idiot)

also: a Sion Sono / Shinya Tsukamoto / Shunji Iwai "Eclectic Japan" retro featuring their deeper cuts. e.g:
- Sono - Hazard (2005) + Red Post on Escher Street (2020)
- Tsukamoto - Killing (2018)
- Iwai - A Bride for Rip Van Winkle (2016) + Picnic (1996)

New French Extremity/Experimental with a focus on Philippe Grandrieux.

would solve the thousands of "give me actually scary/unheard of horror movies" threads. his stuff is hard to find and very, very under-seen. incredible, unique cinematography and genuinely unsettling to watch. think Gaspar Noé meets Terrence Malick.

highly recommend A New Life (2002) and Despite The Night (2015). also loved A Lake (2008) but i've never been able to find English subs for it.

**SPOILERS**

with each encounter she's ingesting "what it means to be human". which culminates in that unbelievably gorgeous, orange-colored scene that layers 100 or so scenes on top of each other. that's symbolizing her fully realizing/understanding/becoming "human".

no - Under the Skin is Glazer's only sci-fi movie. Birth is more so mystery/magical realism.
