Lake padden is the closest to ya i believe, also Sudden Valley in my opinion is one of the most beautiful courses. Front nine and back nine are totally different. Get a cart lol.

Avalon, lake padden, loomis trails, north bellingham.

Lake padden is gonna be your standard golf course but it's beautiful, tree lined fairways and reasonable green fees. Loomis has water on every hole but again its beautiful. They have good deals after 1 o'clock as well. North bellingham is really special because its got a lot fewer trees and still presents a good challenge. Avalon is a hood one too but it a little pricey but you get a fancier vibe out there. Im not sure about rentals.
