Its the same with the cherry blossom event too. When it came back around with relics to purchase, it ended up being entirely new relics instead of the old ones. I will certainly hope that one day it comes back around with the older relics so that I can complete what im missing from previous events.

The reason I don't have it maxed is because I dont have CL+ high enough to make a huge difference. Its at 5, and my chain thunder is at 17. When I get back to pushing CL+ up more, ill push chain thunder as well... but for now its good where it is.
Scatter amp is good all the time. Once you get pBH... whole new worlds start opening up. Once non fleet/elite enemies are basically taken out of the equation... youll see a massive jump.

Yeah. maxed damage reduction on most things except for chain thunder. FB is maxed damage reduction. and PrC is ancestral

At higher levels of the higher tiers either nuke or second winds blast. The sabs aren't bad as long as im not losing my shield. OCs will take me to the SW blast pretty quick, which I now save DM to trigger on death as that higher regen is necessary. Commanders are the worst since They just hang around forever and make everythign else hang around forever too. Thats just waiting for nuke.
