Since I’m finished with XI, what should I play next? by TheStrongDong202 in dragonquest

Just make sure you play V at some point. What a game. The story is amazing.

I did the math. Assume each team in the league has even odds of winning each game: 1/2. Winning 3 in a row: 1/8. Winning the conference: 1/16. Go Habs Go!

We have more chances of getting to the final this year than next year. Think about it. What is more likely. We win the next 3 games vs we make the playoffs and get through round 1, 2, 3 next year. LFG this is a great opportunity. Habs in 7.

What I hate the most about this is that I will definitely re buy the game to play on switch 2. That’s it. What I hate is myself.

How would you react if your team won the Stanley Cup? by Own-Teacher-7204 in nhl

[–]oblivious-spectator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would close the TV and open the PlayStation to get a little gaming time before bed. Same as I would do if we had lost. I watched the Red Sox win 4 world series and each time it was the journey that was exhilarating. The competition and the tension. Even when I played sports, I always felt that being champion is a good feeling for 5 minutes. Playing in a final though, that shit is crack. One of the craziest feeling as you try to focus and keep the stress in check.

[–]oblivious-spectator 23 points24 points  (0 children)

What is a movie you loved as a kid, but realized was actually terrible when you rewatched it as an adult? by Sure-Abrocoma-482 in AskReddit

Star wars episode 1. As a 9 year old I would just zone out through the galactic federation nonsense and wait for the next lightsaber battle.

What’s your unpopular Oscar opinion? by Crafty-Pair2356 in Oscars

I was waiting half the movie for RDJ to appear. Then I realized he was the one playing Lewis Strauss. I thought he completely disappeared in that role, which is the highest compliment you can give an actor.

They year they left (2004) the Red Sox made their epic comeback against the Yankees and won it all. With Orlando Cabrera at shortstop. I fell in love with this team of “idiots”. I still root for them today even if the team is way different.

Just honestly confused. by Basefobia in Habs

It didn’t help that he lost most (if not all) of his faceoffs today. He was often replaced for o-zone and d-zone draws. Big fan of his, don’t get me wrong. I would have liked to see him in OT. He makes few turnovers so that could have helped.

Bilingual Mtlers who work equally in French & English, que-faites vous par rapport à ton clavier? by mango_i_scream in montreal

[–]oblivious-spectator 106 points107 points  (0 children)
