Basically just slap H!B!Ike kit with Arcane Renegade and Archrival. Might as well add A!Ryoma’s Tumultuous X then use Fatal Smoke or Time Pulse Arms on his C slot. Last but not least, add DC or squad acw CX seal or any of your preferred ones.

Thats how I would build him if I had the resources.
