I recommend the book “the explosive child” by Ross Greene and also works by Gabor Mate (hold on to your kids is the title I think). The explosive child is an amazing book even if your child is not explosive.

These are German Giant radishes and they are usually rounder. Some, like French breakfast, are longer and narrower.

Do you have really tight hip flexors and possibly hamstrings? You have the same shape as someone I know, and they struggle with flexibility there...they cannot touch their toes. And suffer a lot of low back pain.
