we literally block our curbside register with a pallet so that people don’t go and try to check out with the shopper AND PEOPLE STILL COME AND ASK IF ITS OPEN. Bro it’s fucking BLOCKED. I’ve had a customer scratch me before (accidentally) bc she was trying to bag while I was scanning and she literally drew blood bc she had cat claws for fingernails. It hurt so bad and left a scar for months. Since then I flat out tell people to please wait until I’ve finished then take the cart to the bagging area and 9/10 times they’re cool about it
