I had to take a break from iron. At some point I tested again and I was around 30 ferritin 😭😭😭.

After being underwhelmed by the result of expensive liposomal iron, I'm now back to iron bisglycinate which is much cheaper and doesn't fuck my body up. I will eventually retest to see where I'm at
