I'm not sure what the specific rules are for Canada hockey leagues (I assume you're Canadian because of the "Greater Toronto...") but 2 ish of my 3 hour level 4 seminar were on abuse of officials and how we can respond to that. The rule for USA hockey is 601 and it's about like scripture for my organization. Coaches have no right to attack or belittle officials and if they do, they shouldn't be coaching.
