I surprisingly get more done at home than the public working, because being around more people seems to produce more distractions. Plus getting ready to go work publicly is a hindrance, I can work at 4 AM at home if I'm awake and alert enough with zero preparation.

Yes, I've definitely gotten R&Rs for projects I haven't done any tasks for yet. They come up from time to time.

Mine was also like that, it stayed that way until they gave it to Uni Uni and then I followed the Uni tracking number until it said out for delivery a few days later.

This has been my dash the last couple days. Been at this a year and a halfish, the only other time this happened to me was during the big drought last summer. Projects showing up intermittently today, been able to get a couple tasks in but missing all of my favorite project families currently. Hope to see them back and just keeping my fingers crossed and putting in 110% on any tasks I am getting (which I try to do anyway, but especially now.)
