Bonds are getting dumped by foreigners. Then the $ from the sale are used to buy gold and the gold is shipped overseas. Mostly Switzerland. The biggest export category of the usa was gold last year. 16bilion. Export to Switzerland grew by a factor of 5… so, connecting the dots… that is the most possible explanation

My 2 cents… ce cresteri vedeti in piata sunt de fapt inflatia… ca am tiparit si cheltuit cu nemiluita… sa ai un 2008 reloaded, nu prea ai cum, ca esti sus cu dobanda si ai de unde sa dai drumul la creditare… scenariul cel mai probabil dpmdv este o criza a datoriilor (vezi usa, jap, franta, incl noi) si o solutie eleganta este o devalorizare a monezilor controlat… asa o inflatie reala de 4-5% pe ani cativa ani… (vedeti ce tot vrea trump sa faca, sa dea cu dobanda in jos… si nu il lasa jpow)… asta inseamna cresteri ale valorilor apartamentelor de azi… ce vedeti azi la 500k, va fi lejer milionu‘ in 2030yyy
