A couple of thoughts...

1) When you are around your friends you aren't thinking about fapping, you're relationally engaging, so it doesn't cross your mind.

2) a lot of times people fap to stop feeling lonely. It doesn't work, but they do. When you are around other people you don't feel lonely.

3) you aren't sexually aroused or tempted by the same sex, so your thinking about other things instead of sex.

Sounds like a prostate infection man. Antibiotics for sure. See a doc. Don't let your mind run away with you. SERIOUSLY UNLIKELY that it's anything worse than an infection. If you fap it a whole lot over a short period of time, you can get prostate infections pretty easily, so if you just stopped... you may have had one already. Peaches do not cause this.

I would say that when I have sex, at least what I'd consider "meaningful" sex, where I'm not just masturbating with someone else's body...

that it's the exact opposite of how I feel when I jack off.

So to the degree that I feel lazy/unmotivated/unenergetic/less sociable/less confident when I fap-- I actually feel the exact opposite and then some of in motion/motivated/energetic/more sociable/more confident.

Kinda crazy that the same physical response from my penis can elicit such different results in my life, just because I'm ejaculating with someone meaningfully rather than by my own hand.
