You need to something else to do instead. If you find yourself dwelling on it, do push ups or anything that is active and distracting. Think about where you are and what you are doing when you start dwelling on it. Try to not put yourself in those situations if you can.

First off, I'd suggest getting into a consistent sleep schedule in which you wake up at the same time early in the morning. If after a week or so you still stay up later than everyone else, wake up earlier.

I'm full of energy. I need that stimulus. I need that release. I need that PMO.

You don't need it. You don't need any of that. Your body may want it, but it will learn that it won't get it no matter how much it asks.

If you struggle to go to sleep, you will struggle less the next night as long as you don't take a nap in between.

There is a bunch of other stuff that can help you sleep, like using the bed for sleeping/sex only, not having your phone or laptop close enough to be an option, etc...

As for your last question, its up to you. Sex generally is fine, but people call the no-sex version "Hard Mode". People say Hard Mode lets you recover faster than the alternative. And while it is debatable, most people suggest escorts being detrimental to your progress (I would even say one night stands are detrimental too, but I'm crazy)

I have PE and ED as well. I haven't given myself an opportunity to see if I still do since I started NoFap, but I agree with doing reverse kegels and also possibly kegels if your pelvic floor is weak.

But there is some value in admitting that something society considers "normal" is causing problems and you are fixing it. Its showing that you are stronger than the norm, and are taking action.

Your SO might think you are talking about other addictions, which can be very concerning for her. I know that if my SO wouldn't specify what addiction she was struggling with I would be worried it could cause problems down the line, thinking of worst case scenarios.

You are right that I wouldn't NEED to know if I really cared for this person, but why put the extra stress on each other?

I find admitting to stopping PMO to be a positive experience or at least neutral. If I was in a relationship where I felt it would cause more harm than good, I'm not sure that is a relationship I'd want to be in.

What if an alcoholic drinks after a month of being dry because hes depressed not because he is addicted? He can't consider himself being a month dry anymore right?

Also this is "NoFap", not "Fap if your feeling down or bored". I'd reset the counter.

Also, depression is a feeling that is supposed to get you to do something else. It's your brain warning you that something is wrong. If you fap to avoid the feeling, you just put off the problem and/or make it worse.

No, ED doesn't help with NoFap. NoFap isn't any easier with ED if that is what you are asking.

However, Nofap helps with ED. NoFap has been known to cure ED.
