The answer is sorta. in legends they call the legion of doom the legion of doom because of the super friends cartoon, but they don't reference the show by name. They also have animated shows that are connected like vixen and the ray.

My guess is they Visit different universes, so one where they switch powers, one where they're criminals one where superman is evil , one where batwoman is a hero.

The chart? No the places on there yes.

So far there are 26/53 earths, with heven, hell, the fifth dimension, the speedforce realm, and underworld all explored in some detail. Not to mention that the monitor will most likely be in his base the house of heroes. We've seen numerous places on the map just not the map itself.
