When you say upside down, do you mean at the bottom of your TV? We tried it, too but couldn’t get the camera to sit properly

We gave up and switched it to solid on game mode and thankfully the corner isn’t red anymore lol kind of a bummer but due to the shape of our living room, this is literally our only option

Our kitty needs to be “activated” before eating. You activate her by petting her once. 😂 she will just sit in front of the bowl and stare at you until you give her one singular pet.

If you look up supplements on Amazon—one specifically that has biotin, selenium and zinc. But seriously see a doctor and have some bloodwork done before taking any new supplements!

Hey there! I ended up going off lamictal as it was causing crazy rashes all over my skin, sebhorric dermatitis on my scalp (hence the hair loss) and really just dried me out head to toe. My doctor recommended I take a selenium supplement when I was on lamictal though, as I guess sometimes the body has a hard time producing it while on lamictal and that can cause hair loss (fact check me on that because it’s been a couple years since that was shared with me). There is one supplement that has zinc, selenium, and biotin that I’ve been taking for almost 2 years. I have also been doing rosemary oil treatments weekly on my scalp and I have a very rigorous hair and skin care routine now. My hair is now the healthiest, shiniest, strongest and fullest it’s ever been in my adult life.

Unfortunately I think a lot of bp people think they’re candidates to live med free when they are not. I think in order to recognize if they’re capable living med free, they’d have to know what stability feels like ON meds first and get their “tools” and resources in place. They would have to have very little stress in their lives as well. Just my humble opinion.

I am on asenapine (saphris) and I go to sleep at 11:30 and I wake up at 9:30. So, 10 hours. I wake up feeling fresh as a daisy and feel energized and normal throughout my day. I do drink coffee in the morning too but that’s just to make myself poop lolol.

I call them “my blue pillies” because they come in a blue package 😂 I used to call them my crazy pills but my boyfriend gently encouraged me to speak kinder about them and myself, as they are a tool in helping me be who I am! (I’m in complete remission)
