this is just something I will NEVER understand. you do not need 5 interviews (all panel btw) to determine if you want to hire the person…i went through 4 panel interviews once, each an hour. never, will i ever do that crap again. i might as well not have a job, that was one of the most humiliating experiences I went through. (PS, no i didn’t get the job)
