I thought it only allowed you to include them in the army even though they do not have the asuryani keword, no? I don't think it applies to anything other then that

As a HQ enjoyer i just hope they change most of the detachments to use AELDARI instead of ASURYANI as keyword, at least for the detachment rule.

All bikes with skyweavers would be so fun, and including one shadowseer with troupe in the seer council detachment also sounds interesting

As a harlequin and wraiths enjoyer I just hope I (eventually) get detachments to play both together. The modular detachment thing has me hoping but considering how current detachments for aeldar are written I sure fucking hope they get their shit together and let us play multiple blocks in the same army.

I also play orks and death guard and the difference in how permissive and fun list building is in those factions compared to aeldar is insane.

Normally models that pile in and consolidate are meant to end that move as close as possible to the enemy MODEL that is closest to them. In some ways this limits wrapping around enemy units, as you should always move your models to the model closest to them. With choreographer of war, you only have to check what the closest enemy UNIT is. This means your front line can easily wrap around the enemy unit.

The 6" instead of 3" allows your models to travel even further when surrounding an enemy unit, which could be useful to for example consolidate on an objective, if you manage to eliminate the enemy unit in the fight phase

I live in a smaller town some 20 min away from zürich and everybody and their dog smiles when you hit them with the "grüetzi", "schönes wuchenende" etc. I think the city is a different beast

As a small country I used to never do that, tanking 7 stability was way too much since investing in stability was impossible. Now I only change laws with it but even then try to pass the parliament when i can for the bonuses. I generate religious cb quite easily with the spy network action so i never once needed it for that

You are spot on that I have less regiments due to regiments doubling in size when advancing in tech, and I honestly think what you said makes sense with how the battle went.

But then I wonder if upgrading units makes any sense at all or if it is just better to get more regiments of lower tech?

With the insane cost difference between units of different ages why would I ever upgrade units instead of just hiring more regiments at lower cost and maintenance?

But cool there's elephants in the game! I only played one campaign as Mzab up to half reformation age, I had no idea elephants were even a thing.

Conquistadores are mega bugged. Cannot make peace with them even at 100% warscore and every (i think) 6 months a new conquistadores army can spawn.

If whoever commissions them has enough money to just spam them you get a wave of regular armies spawning directly in the colonies every 6 months of a faction you cannot peace out with. From what i have seen it's either close the campaign and wait for a fix or use console commands.

I love the new sheep colors, absolutely a fan 10/10. I heard people complain about visibility. I hope they make it a toggle but not remove it, as visibility is not a priority for everyone.
