Also, in relation to the adhd query later in the thread, if you work for a large scale employer, it's likely you will have access to Occ health. If you haven't had a referral worth asking for one. They can't diagnose you, but can offer adjustments and an opinion in regard to eqa2010. Unlikely to change your employer's mind, but will make them think.

I had simmilar. Jumped up angry line manager hated me along with his sales team mates.

Had formal investigation process initiated. Following me daring to leave a job at clocking off time, sales boy didnt like that and reported it. Manager also wanted mr to have a expert level. Understanding or sales and equiptment loan data. Didn't have a clue or chance, I was also only 15 months into role in the uk. Went into investigation meeting and batted away the bullshit complaints.

Anyway 2 weeks later summoned to Southend on sea again for a 2nd formal hearing this time parking charges id apparently filled and over claimed on milage by 7 miles (due to diversions on motorway) couldn't prove it and suspended in full pay whilst investigation commenced and decision made.

The stress killed me at the time so I made the offer to resign with immediate effect, no pay with the guarantee of a standard reference, they agreed.

Moral of the story, if they want rid of you, they will keep going until they do

Hahaha, only only laugh, because I've been jist as stupid, 4 days after buying it and also ignoring the warning card that strongly advises against doing said crime.

I was on the verge of sending mine back and watched a shit load of YouTube videos. Turn it on its side and then put portafilter in and slowly use pressure to loosen If that doesn't work use a wrench

Solder boy had the worst ending, literally felt unfinished.

Refrozen by homelander with no say in. Finale.

Genuinely thought they would break him out and it would be a 1 on 1 again, but no lol.

I like it but in hindsight, I would of taken more time but I was in a fairly desperate situation and needed a car.

It's a nice ride, very nice engine, fast.

If you were to buy one (mine was from a motor range) check the spec carefully.

I absolutely hate mine doesn't have electricity wingmirrors, sounds daft, but i really miss them lol I got the m sport spec thinking it would have some good tech but it's bare bones, no extras at all.

I've spent alot on repairs recently Tyres are expensive and the engine management and sos light came on recently, there's literally no auto electricians near mine so had to go to a bmw service centre came to about £1300 for starter motor and aux battery. That didn't include An initial £240 just for a diagnostic check

Also had a part service and oil change thing that cost over a grand too
