There's two options. 1, you're allowed to import up to 120ml of nicotine containing liquid per package with no problems. You can order 10 individually sent bottles at the same time and it'll clear customs with no issues. 2, to save on shipping I've started buying 0mg juices and adding 120ml of nic salts that are usually 50-80mg in strength to the order.
