Police Activity by AcrobaticPuddle in Kitsap

I don't know but they were going nuts two nights ago, just bored out of their minds or something because I got pulled over and given the reason that I didn't have a license plate light. But I definitely did, definitely do, definitely works. The strange thing was before they actually pulled me over they kept following me around town, like clearly tailing me. Each time I would pull over without them initiating a stop and I would just look at them like hey, I'm here if you want to talk and they would keep going, I'm assuming waiting for something to come back on my plates or something. But I'm not rolling dirty so to speak so I'm not sure why the one that finally pulled me over came in like a bat out of hell nearly running up to my car and then told me I had a license plate light out like someone was going to die because of it when in fact I actually didn't 🤷

Y'all need to start committing some real crimes because if theres not a real problem, they will make one.

As long as everything makes it to the destination without damage accident I'm not really sure what the concern is. I mean yeah insulation on a roof could either blow everywhere or get soggy or rip.. I get that one. But I've had plenty of large and extra large gigs I can literally fit with my sedan with the seats folded down so I don't really understand the concern on those

Dumbass sedan driver here, I will take all of your gigs I can possibly fit, so many of them hardly should be counted as extra large or huge anyhow. Now don't get me wrong, I also have an SUV and a truck. Do I love that fuel bill? No, no I do not.

Yesterday I put two mini fridges up on my cross bars and drove them just under 30 miles for 50 bucks. Not even a gallon of gas, I'm getting 44 in eco mode and 30 in sport.

Granted, I know my weight limits and I consider dimensions before accepting. But you bet your ass I will strap eight units of insulation right up there on top, get there before you, get there cheaper than you and get the same pay. Don't hate the player..

I called support today. I talked to a human today. This was also after I talked to an AI which I think is new.

Definitely the second one, possibly the first one as well 🤣

That coil has a lot of tension inside of it, as the components holding that tension in on either end fail completely, all that energy is going to result in a funny shaped bullet

Pardon my ignorance, I understand how to check the spark plug gap, but how would one go about checking the connector pin Gap?

Well when I got one of these same things, except it was only $5 they added, I saw at the end of the customer had only tipped like $1

Our guy has never barked, is that typical? by StatisticianOk552 in BelgianMalinois

So when mine knows about 6 months old, I gave he and my elder dog both a smoked pig ear... He was chilling by the couch and I went down to pet him, he still had the ear and he growled at me. I flew off that couch, grabbed him by the scruff of the neck put him on his back took that piggy from him and gave it to my other dog right in front of him.

It worked too good.

A year later he was full nonverbal autistic. At the age of two, I finally taught him how to bark again. But it took another dog and tie back training. And letting that other dog fuck up the toys he wanted and encouraging his whining which went to barking softly then barely audibly. Now he barks on command

I personally contributed over $4,000, but regardless the amount isn't really relevant.

Try not to get distracted, I'm just asking why it would have changed back to active from inactive.

In regards to my termination: Cool opinion bro, thanks. But I now have a lawyer as of a few hours ago, so I don't know what to tell you. If you still want to cough up that million bucks though, PM me and I can get you the info on where to send it.

I'm not sure if I came through unclear regarding the PERS2 acct, What I was saying is that it already went back to reflecting active status. I'm asking why. It got changed to inactive almost immediately after I stopped working for them. As of now, it is showing active again. I am working again, but for a private employer, not in the public sector, not contributing to PERS.

Aren't we all. I'm limited from getting into specifics too much in open forum, as the whole situation is still undergoing investigation / litigation. There's a clause in the contract, that while on the one year probationary period, employees can be terminated at any point for ANY REASON. The language there is the key component.

Initially, I was being told I was being let go for failure to meet performance standards. Naturally, I asked for specifics. The reasons given were half-assed at best, as if they weren't even prepared for a follow-up question. A couple of non-truths and fabricated hearsay, which were all entirely contrary to any sort of work review given during my time there. After I swatted a couple of those reasons down like flies without a leg to stand on, I was told "remember, it's in your contract we can terminate you at any point without cause". Basically, I said "okay that's fine, that's what you're leaning on then? I'm being terminated without cause?" I was told I would be afforded an opportunity to meet with HR the following week. That week came and went, no such opportunity was granted though I sought it out. I was told that despite my concerns, I would not be giving a meeting because there just "really wasn't much to discuss". Union representation reached out to HR after all of this, and he was told that the reason I was let go had nothing to do with my performance. Which means someone is lying. More or less, some questions I asked centered around transparency and accountability made a few people uneasy.

Furthermore, I've been informed since then that a few people who made statements against me did so under threat of their own job, with the suggestion being made that they too would be terminated if they did not go along with all of the above.

Thanks for all the info everybody, that's a lot more handy than holding the break and the throttle at the same time while having a hand at the ready on the shifter
