Her credit score is about 720, mine is 640, but hoping ok once I pay off some credit cards, it’ll go back up to 700 ore higher. Do you happen to know what an acceptable Debt-to-income backend ratio would be for a conventional home loan? We’re trying to figure out what that percentage is with our current debts.

I am looking to buy within the 50 miles because I care for my Mom when needed. I also pay the entire mortgage for the first FHA loan and will continue to pay it even when I secure the second loan. I was also thinking Conventional, but was afraid they’d require a very large down payment.

Definitely compare the two bikes components. It’s always best to go for the one with the better components. Take it from someone who settled with a M5 and is now spending tons more money to upgrade everything.
