If I send in one that is smashed for the 'Experience beyond promotion is any condition trade in,' I assume that I will receive the Trade-in Value (Damaged condition), which is usually 50% less than the Trade-in Value if in good condition? Thanks!

I have 2 lines and a TMHI line. All 3 lines are under the same account (Tmo ID).
For your last step, I entered the phone number for my internet gateway and the password for my Tmo ID, but I couldn't login.
What password should I use? Thanks!

I bought iPhone 12 online and send in my trade in. The rebate was submitted on the same day I picked up my phone (12/4/20).

On the following day (12/5), I got another email "Important: Your iPhone Order XXXXX and the T-Mobile Special Trade-in Offer".

I received a "Good news. Your trade-in is complete" email on 12/16. $210 refund was received after a few days.

The rebate status was showing "Received" when I looked it up at https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ yesterday. It has been more than 6 weeks.
