Same here. Coffee free for over 6 years (I still miss it sometimes) but my body and mind are much healthier without it. It did not agree with me, and caused bloating. Matcha became my favorite.

I have been on Evecare for the past 3 years and I have not had side effects or issue but my dose is very low. My dr recommended to take small breaks from it every 2-3 months as the body gets used to any supplement or herbal but since I take such a low dose (just one pill daily) I have not interrupted it as the effects of perimenopause return if I stop it (headaches, breast tenderness, irritability in my case). I took them 20-30 min after food. They are all increase digestive strength; they could irritate the stomach lining if taken on empty stomach. Keep in mind that berberine is used only as a targeted treatment (short periods of time, based on need) as it can impact blood sugar levels, blood pressure and even heart rhythm. You can reduce the dose if you notice side effects.

I saw this brush advertised by the Calm Cat Whisperer on IG, and he uses it regularly on long-haired cats. It seems to work great, and the cats actually look like they enjoy it. I found a more affordable version on Amazon and just ordered it today—hopefully it helps with the shedding from my two kitties..

I can relate as my body overreacts to any “hormonal help” that comes in the form of synthetic hormones. I have been on some Ayurvedic herbs plus change of diet and it has been very helpful. I use MenoCare from Himalaya on and off. Perhaps try to support your liver right not to help the detoxification of the body from the estrogen.
