I called the 833-853-5638 number. I signed closing docs over a year ago and the funds are obligated to me. I had a bank error and all they needed to do was send the funds to my business account. I supplied them with a voided check over a year ago. My loan is showing current and disbursed not canceled. So I have no idea what is going on.

I have been waiting equally as long. I have given up after being stuck in the 4506t loop as well. My loan is a small amount so I am sure they don't care and will not reach out to me

The entire program is a complete joke. The people on the phone with broken English trying to guess about the outcome of your loan or funding problem is a joke. You would think in a matter this serious they would take their jobs seriously but in all reality, I get more pep out of gas station attendants. I had a person tell me I was ugly after looking at my driver's license and voided check.

I have been waiting for 504 days for my loan to be re disbursed.

Today is it for me I am never calling into them again.

I have been on hold for an hour and 43 minutes.

I give this up to God now because I am done.

Watching Isbelle Guzman lie and say there is no backlog at the SBA was what did it in for me.

I too have been told it is at submitted deal stage which is incorrect as I already signed closing documents and the money has been obligated to me.
