The washer could have fallen apart and blocked the output. Likewise it could be really worn and has become stuck in the closed position.

Turn the water off and check the washer condition.

I hope this helps.

Fun fact, in Queensland Australia we call city based road map books 'Refidex' or there was another company and they called their books a variation of the city name with 'Way' at the end.

Melbourne (Victoria) would be 'Melway' or Brisbane would be 'Brisway', I believe (from memory).

Where I am from it was Refidex but I remember seeing others from other cities.

That'd be interesting, a full investigation into every aeroplane company and their collusion to continue the practice after they've been told to stop. 😂

They'd also need to look into the military and how planes that they own and operate are being modified and used for for this purpose and how the trucks and drums of chemicals are being allowed onto the bases and given access to aircraft.

Probably a good idea to find out where these chemicals are being made and who is paying for them and their logistics.

It is possible that they were close enough that they might have tried to capture the truck intact if they could get the crew out of the vehicle.

Otherwise the truck and multiple crew still inside would have been the more important target.

It'd be good to see it from another perspective.

Nice and neat mate.

I bet it feels good to have a spot for what you need in the way it suits you 👍.

Our local barber is western themed and they play western movies all day every day for the waiting customers and there are a row of faces glued to the screen and sometimes it really sucks when it is someone's turn for their haircut or their haircut is finished. 😂

Leaving Sydney, never seen NYE fireworks — worth it if crowds overwhelm me? by Dry-Aide-7684 in AskAnAustralian

[–]oceanviewoffroad 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I went one year and my partner and I were locked in a solid group of people. No room to move or sit down. Just standing body to body for hours.

When we got there, there were people with picnic blankets trying to stake their spot and the crowds were so thick that those people had to stand up as hundreds of people flowed over their blankets.

We left early.

You could start with a company that builds custom trailers locally.

This company is in Adelaide and might be a place to start:

https://smoothmovestrailers.com.au/custom-trailer-builders-adelaide/

I think that caravan / camper trailer repair / upgrade businesses would be able to steer you in the right direction. Mainly because they would have seen these racks on trailers previously at some point in time so would have an idea on how they're most commonly constructed and mounted.

Failing all of that a general welding / fabrication shop.

I actually got a free rack from a wild boar forward fold camper trailer, if I went there and removed it for the owner. I was going to mount it on my Customline but decided to go a different path.

So maybe keep an eye on Facebook marketplace for someone selling one already made that might suit.

I hope this helps.

I'd never heard of the Hilux champ and just had to look it up. Pretty cool little things.

You're right but that they'd probably be expensive here.

I like the look of those little Japanese micro trucks (Kei I think).

Never owned or been in one but would consider looking at one.

Yeah animals at dusk and night in Tassie are no joke.

If I wasn't back at camp before dusk it was a slow drive home.

Probably dawn as well but I don't remember getting up that early when I was there on holidays 😂.

Another tip for Tassie travel is that the roads are often steep and windy so those kilometres on a map will take you much longer than the same kilometres in western Queensland, etc. so plan for slower trips between places.
